Our Services:
Our interdisciplinary wound clinic offers consultations for the Diabetic Foot Clinic and Plastic Surgery. We also prepare patients for elective admissions in the plastic surgery department. Post-hospital care is also provided in the clinic.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the clinic for both the Diabetic Foot Clinic and Plastic Surgery departments
- Greeting and administrative intake of patients
- Scheduling and organizing appointments
- Planning for elective, inpatient admissions, and surgery registration
- Preparing for prehospital admissions
- Coordinating staff members
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant or equivalent knowledge
- Good knowledge of Orbis software is desirable
- Proficient in using MS Office programs
- Knowledge of billing (GOÄ/EBM)
- Able to work confidently, efficiently, and reliably under high workload
- Customeroriented, independent, and structured work style
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations
- Positive attitude and team player
