Our client, located in Duluth, WA, is a leading publisher of high-quality educational materials and digital solutions in the English language.

They are dedicated to providing students, teachers, and institutions with the most relevant, engaging, and flexible content to support lifelong learning.

They specialize in developing and distributing textbooks, e-books, and interactive e-learning resources.


Currently, our client is seeking a Customer Service Assistant (M/F/d) to join their team and support their French customer base.

As a member of the team, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for handling customer inquiries, as well as assisting with internal reporting and editing of support materials.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Providing digital customer support
  • Assisting with online support for endusers such as teachers and students

The ideal candidate will:


  • Be a team player
  • Possess strong problemsolving skills and take ownership of tasks
  • Have a desire to learn and grow in the field of Customer Service
  • Be fluent in French
