Your Responsibilities

Conducting electrical and physical analysis on semiconductor devices using complex specialized methods (PEM, OBIRCH, Themos,...)
Utilizing analysis programs to identify failure causes, developing failure hypotheses, and implementing analysis strategies for error containment
Deriving and implementing corrective measures while considering typical customer requirements
Being the point of contact (m/f/d) for questions regarding semiconductor analysis for the areas of development, production, and quality assurance
Taking responsibility for complex analysis methods and coordinating the implementation of new analysis methods, as well as integrating them into the operational process

Your Profile

Completed university degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable field
Good knowledge of semiconductor device technology
Basic knowledge of circuit technology
Basic knowledge of physical analysis and electrical measurement technology
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Analytical and systematic work approach, as well as a high level of self-initiative and commitment
