N2JSOFT, a leading player in professional expense management software, is seeking a Growth Hacker to join our marketing team in Landing, NJ.

Our company, with 80 employees, is a human-centered FINTECH and a high-growth publisher of innovative solutions.


We are the creators of N2F, a fully connected expense management solution (available on mobile and web) that simplifies the daily lives of over 800,000 users.

Our team, above all, values friendliness and puts people at the center of our concerns. Our joint project is to become the European leader in HRIS solutions and expense report management.


As a Growth Hacker at N2JSOFT, you will work closely with executive management and the growth manager to drive acquisitions for our expense report management product, N2F, in the DACH region, with a focus on Germany.

Your main objective will be to monitor, manage, and grow our lead generation using various digital acquisition channels and growth hacker techniques.

In addition to this, your role will also involve:

  • Ensuring intelligent and ROI-focused spending of our marketing budget
  • Optimizing and monitoring our SEO, SEA, and SEM campaigns
  • Implementing outbound and inbound prospecting campaigns
  • Managing and monitoring agencies working for us (website creation, blogs, etc.)
  • Developing new channels and strategies
  • Measuring lead quality and analyzing profitability
  • Providing regular reporting to executive management on all KPIs
