    Description

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Manufacturing client near the Detroit MI area to help fill a Supply Chain Manager position. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize warehouses, logistics, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in controlling costs, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring accuracy in inventory management.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • in the development and optimization of the organization's supply chain strategy, setting clear goals and objectives.
    • closely with various departments to align supply chain activities with organizational objectives.
    • the entire order lifecycle, optimizing key supply chain KPIs for efficiency and accuracy.
    • demand forecasting, materials planning, and production scheduling to meet customer demands.
    • optimal inventory levels and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
    • and improve the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) function to enhance production planning and efficiency.
    • goods handling processes, maintaining control over the stock turnover rate.

    Qualifications:

    • degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
    • years of Supply Chain Manager experience.
    • experience in supply chain management, with a track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives.
    • leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
    • analytical and technical expertise to support various supply chain activities.
