Job Description

Summary: Seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee electrical troubleshooting and maintenance for production machinery, manage a team, and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership responsibilities
Solid experience with electrical troubleshooting for production machinery and equipment
Proficiency in managing preventive maintenance systems
Ability to manage equipment installation, relocation, and associated projects
Experience in purchasing and disposal of MRO items
Competency in managing external service providers such as HVAC, compressor services, etc.
Knowledgeable in LOTO, SDS, OSHA compliance, and safety program management
Skilled at troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, hydraulics, and high voltage issues
Capable of managing building security systems

Preferred Skills:

Leadership experience overseeing a maintenance team including junior and senior level technicians

Responsibilities:

Oversee overall equipment and facility maintenance duties
Develop and implement plans for dismantling, inspecting, repairing, replacing, and maintaining mechanical/electrical equipment
Manage preventive maintenance (PM) system effectively
Ensure adherence to safety programs like LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) and SDS (Safety Data Sheets)
Troubleshoot/repair PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), hydraulic systems, high voltage issues promptly
Maintain Grover's OSHA compliance ensuring a safe working environment
Handle building security including alarms systems and key management
Control departmental spending accounts within budget limits

Additional Notes:

-The role expects occasional overtime up to 5 hours per week.

-The position is open to US Citizens or Green Card holders only.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
