    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Lead to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment where you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production machinery.

    This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
    Oversee all maintenance operations in the manufacturing facility, including packaging maintenance, boiler maintenance, oven maintenance, and mechanical maintenance.
    Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair issues with production machinery.
    Schedule maintenance workers, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
    Perform maintenance training for new and existing staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    Install, repair, and maintain production machinery, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
    Collaborate with other departments to identify potential maintenance issues and implement proactive solutions.
    Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
    Monitor maintenance costs and work to reduce expenses while maintaining high-quality standards.
    A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
    Proven experience in packaging maintenance, boiler maintenance, oven maintenance, and mechanical maintenance.
    Strong PLC troubleshooting skills.
    Experience scheduling maintenance workers and performing maintenance training.
    Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
    A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with the ability to anticipate potential maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.
