    As an Investment Operations Associate in our Operations Group, you will be responsible for managing investment data for external investment manager relationships. Your duties will include collaborating with internal teams, interpreting data, managing investment manager profiles, supporting audits and due diligence, ensuring quality control, and handling data requests. This role is operations-focused and involves back-office tasks to support our diverse range of services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cash Management: Prepare and execute wire instructions and trade tickets for custodian banks.
    • Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of cash accounts with bank/custodian records.
    • Data Maintenance: Keep data current and accurate for an assigned portfolio of firms.
    • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with investment managers by fulfilling data requests promptly.
    • Operational Support: Assist with key portfolio and trade operations functions.
    • Document Analysis: Collect and analyze fund offering documents to track relevant information.
    • Quality Control: Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks.
    • Research: Gather additional information to classify investment products in line with company standards.
    • Report Production: Take responsibility for the production and delivery of fund performance reports.
    • Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to maintain balanced coverage assignments.
    • Project Participation: Engage in project teams to support overall productivity.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
    • Experience: 1-4 years of related work experience in investment operations or financial services preferred.
    • Skills: Ability to work in a high-productivity, team-oriented environment.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
    • Communication: Effective written and oral communication skills.
    • Interest: Genuine interest in finance and a desire to learn more about investment industry operations.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with public markets data and/or public alternative investments is a plus.
