    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic, driven, organized, communicative individual to join us as a Marketing and Operations Associate. This role is crucial for enhancing the public image of our company and upholding our core principles. Campion and Company is a boutique real estate firm in Back Bay specializing in Luxury Real Estate.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage marketing, social media, and general operations of our brokerage.
    • Assist top real estate agents with various marketing and administrative duties.
    • Provide support at Open Houses
      • Submit print ads to local publications
      • Create and send Email Blasts
      • Prepare Listing Materials
      • Design various marketing materials
      • Update Market Data Charts
      • Create Presentations
      • Assist with Social Media
      • Onboard New Agents
      • Track Closings
      • Order Office Supplies
      • Manage Calendar
      • Handle IT and Building Management Issues

      Familiarity with various software such as InDesign, Quark, MLS, LINK, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Photoshop, and more is a plus.

    • Qualifications
      • Proficiency in key software tools and platforms
      • Bachelor's Degree
      • Strong communication and customer service skills
      • Real estate industry knowledge
      • Administrative experience
      • Graphic design skills preferred
      • Strong organizational abilities

      This is a full-time position with 40 expected hours per week.
