The Fasanenhof residential facility offers person-centered services for social participation and care in Stuttgart for young people and adults with disabilities, as well as home care and assistance services for independently living individuals with physical disabilities.

We are a non-profit, externally certified company - we live and work according to the values of human dignity, solidarity and justice, ecological sustainability, transparency and participation.

The Fasanenhof residential facility currently has 70 employees.

We are looking for a dedicated professional (m/f/d) for day or night shifts to join our short-term residential program as soon as possible.

The short-term residential program offers up to 12 children, adolescents and adults with (severe/multiple) disabilities an exciting temporary living environment, providing relief for their families and caregivers.

Your responsibilities:
Professional and person-centered care and assistance tailored to the needs of the short-term residents Individually tailored planning and implementation of leisure activities, such as outings and creative programs Organizing work processes within the group, professional responsibility for group duty What we are looking for: Completed training as a specialist in social education (m/f/d) or equivalent qualifications Applications from entry-level professionals are expressly welcome First professional experience in working with people requiring assistance is advantageous Enjoyment in working with people What you can expect: Permanent employment and 30 days of vacation No split shifts, but differentiated shift schedule models At
