  • Ensuring the highest possible technical availability and maintenance of production facilities
  • Preventive or proactive planning, implementation, and coordination of maintenance activities
  • Analysis of weak points, development of concepts, and implementation of measures for optimization
  • Management, coordination, and evaluation of employees based on work results
  • Compliance with legal regulations and company-specific guidelines
  • Planning, management, and implementation of technical projects as well as development of maintenance and repair plans
  • Responsibility for cost planning, control, and budgeting
  • Successfully completed technical training with further qualification as a master (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) or engineering or technician studies
  • Several years of (leadership) experience in industrial maintenance in a comparable position
