    Job Description SummaryReporting to the Sales Finance Center of Excellence (COE) Manager, you will contribute on the team by managing business intelligence tools, reporting, and capabilities supporting our customers/regions.

    You will be critical to bringing our vision to life - partnering with IT and cross functional teams on tools and modernization efforts.

    The COE is responsible for understanding the P&L, leading reviews with sales leadership, and partnering across the organization to help achieve financial goals.

    Our team leads initiatives for the Sales Organization including development of standardized analyses, customer scorecards and profitability deep dives.

    Position ResponsibilitiesSteward finance wide-projects and perform comprehensive financial analysis.

    Create financial models in various areas, including ROI, forecast accuracy & variance analysis, competitive analyses, customer analyses, investment reviews, new items, mix, and pricing.

    Responsible for the Company's U.S. Retail sales reporting metrics, scorecards, and reports as it pertains to customer financials, forecasting, and financial discipline.
    Support the Sales Finance COE in developing a new sales planning tool and ensure any needed updates are planned.
    Partner with IT teams to prioritize and manage project deliverables to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

    Support the development of quarterly domestic P&L reviews with the Chief Sales Officer focused on customer reviews, gross margin analysis, trends, trade spending, and risks & opportunities.

    Participate in the annual process of building allocations (targets) for Field Sales by working with internal partners to rationalize key drivers and changes.

    Position QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field required (e.g.

    economics, statistics, etc.)Minimum 3 years of professional general business and financial experienceP&L experience along with knowledge of financial systems and accounting conceptsTechnical experience with the Power BI platform and sourcing data using best practices is preferredExperience leading multiple stage projects from conception to completionBuild relationships and partnerships with internal customers and peersExcel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, and SAPAt this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.
