    What you will be doing as a Staff Accountant...

    • Verify the completeness and correctness of billing information, such as pricing, quantities, and terms.
    • Address any billing inquiries or discrepancies and resolve them promptly
    • Maintain a record of all billing-related transactions and documentation
    • Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system.
    • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts and seek appropriate approvals.
    • Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and manage vendor relationships.

    What you need to bring to the table as a Staff Accountant...

    • 2-3 years of general accounting experience
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
