- Day-to-day management and oversight of the outpatient clinic

- Coaches providers and staff around Community Education and increasing new patient volume into the outpatient center
- Conducts weekly check-in with providers and conducts and facilitates team meetings
- Participates with the Area Vice President on the Annual Business Review with all hospital partners
- Bachelor's degree Required; Master's in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of related experience and in a matrix environment

Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.
The Market Director is responsible for the profit and loss and operational management of 3 or more wound care centers within a hospital system and is responsible for the oversight of Community Education across the market. This position provides the administrative leadership over 3 or more centers for all operations, financials and quality of the wound care center, both inpatient and outpatient centers. The Market Director provides day-to-day program management for all center operations including but not limited to the physician success in clinical outcomes and quality, center compliance with both hospital and Healogics requirements as well as manages the account with not only the primary hospital system but the account executive at all associated hospital centers. This position is a critical leadership position with the onsite clinical leadership with all wound care centers, with the providers and with all Healogics and hospital staff within the wound care center.
All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.
