Job Description
CarDon Associates is now seeking an Director of Marketing and Admissions.
The Director of Marketing and Admissions is responsible for maintaining budgeted census levels in their community through coordination of external and internal marketing efforts and for ensuring that residents and families experience a high level of customer service through an effective admissions process.
We are an Indiana-based and family-owned provider of senior living options and lifestyle support services, ranging from independent living and assisted living to skilled nursing and memory care.

CREDENTIALS:
Education or experience in customer service or health care is desirable, and at least one year experience in a health care facility is preferred.
