    Engineering Manager


    Job Description:


    The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and implementation of new products and technologies.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of new products and technologies
    Manage project timelines and budgets
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
    Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
    Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
    5+ years of experience in engineering and project management
    Strong leadership and communication skills
    Experience with product development and launch
    Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
    Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
