Your role with us

  • Search for suitable mobile network locations based on economic and legal/regulatory aspects, as well as their photographic documentation
  • Review of the given search area and verification of all necessary information; clarification of open questions or preferred locations with the responsible radio planner
  • Preparation of lease agreements and negotiation with property owners until completion
  • Obtaining all necessary approvals from neighboring properties for, e.g., access rights and securing setback areas, as well as requesting and obtaining all relevant points such as contacting the nature conservation authority and clarifying the area's characteristics
  • Preparation of a report for the later technical inspection at the location, including whether access is possible or if an access road needs to be created, whether turning options for heavy vehicles are possible, etc.
  • Independent negotiation
