Sales Representative (m/f/d)
at one of our locations
Frankfurt, Munich, Rehau | starting as soon as possible | full-time | permanent

These exciting tasks await you:

You will take over an existing customer base in the hose sector and will be responsible for acquiring new and existing customers, as well as providing telephone consultations.
You will be responsible for creating and tracking offers and orders, as well as monitoring delivery times for standard and nonstandard items.
You will also be responsible for customerspecific inventory management and controlling.
This includes coordinating and acting as a liaison between customers, external service providers, and internal departments.
You will work closely with the sales field team/key account manager.
Additionally, you will be responsible for handling complaint processes, including issuing credit/debit notes and monitoring customer payment behavior.

What you bring to this position:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office clerk (m/f/d).
Previous experience in inside sales is desirable.
You are proficient in using common MS Office programs and have experience with SAP.
