For our team in Walldorf, we are looking for you as an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d).

Pneuhage Group has been a successful service and trading company in the tire, rim, and automotive service industry for over 70 years, with multiple tire renewal facilities.

We employ over 2,400 people nationwide and have a presence at over 160 locations.

Pneuhage Reifendienste Süd GmbH is part of our group and impresses at 28 locations as a brand-independent specialist for tire and automotive services.

Your responsibilities:

As the first point of contact at our branch, you will provide personal and telephone advice and support to our customers on topics such as tires, wheels, and automotive services.
You will determine customer needs, develop quotes, and coordinate their implementation.
You will share responsibility for professional and timely order processing.
You will also handle order management and other administrative tasks.

Your profile:

You enjoy sales, can convince in consultation, and value customer satisfaction.
Ideally, you already have product knowledge in the areas of passenger car tires, alloy wheels, and automotive services.
You are familiar with using a PC and programs such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Ideally, you have basic knowledge of SAP.
You have completed a commercial or alternatively industryspecific technical training.
You must have a valid Class B driver's license.
