- Manage overall account relationships for existing and new customers to ensure excellent customer service during discovery, sales and aftersales service and maintenance of the account.
- Partner with other sales professionals regionally to orchestrate an account sales strategy and achieve global and/or regional growth.
- Obtain sales by working with HVAC Carrier teams, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, plant managers, government representatives; and assist in project design, specifications, and selections towards both the customer's and Carrier's best interests.
- Achieve annual sales and profit goals for Institutional multinational or large regional customers.
- Analyze customer needs with respect to several alternate solutions using Carrier's products/services.
- Establish and develops estimates, quotations, and bids for new and existing customers.
- Service the customer after the sale and during installations/service to ensure satisfaction and to promote future business.
- Responsible for consistently planning effective sales activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- You mustbe creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious, enthusiastic, and have a strong interest in sales or marketing.
- Prior work experience and/or internship experience in salesor marketing is a plus.
- Prior knowledge/experience in the HVAC industry and/or distribution is a plus.

Education
4-Year Degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering Major preferred), or 6 years of HVAC sales or customer service experience
