We are still looking for Call Center Agents for our location in Hamburg, Lunenburg, VA.

Your role:


You enjoy working in a team, are friendly, and only satisfied when our customers are? Then you are in the right place with us.

Your focus will be on providing comprehensive support to potential and existing customers of our credit cards, as well as strengthening the business relationship.


  • With great dedication, you will handle all inquiries from our customers regarding our credit cards as a customer service representative.
  • You will be the direct point of contact for our customers over the phone and will assist them with any requests or inquiries.
  • You will maintain all customer data in our inhouse computer systems.
  • During quieter times, you will also handle customer inquiries in written form via mailbox, email, and mail.
  • If necessary, you will refer customers to the appropriate department
