The Holiday Park in Haßloch is the most visited day trip destination in Rhineland-Palatinate and is part of the Belgian Plopsa Group, which operates 12 amusement parks in Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, and Germany.

Families can experience a great day with well-known TV characters such as Biene Maja, Wickie, or Tabaluga.

We are currently looking for a Technical Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in a permanent position.


Your responsibilities:


  • You coordinate and manage the electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair work of all attractions and facilities in the park, ensuring a high availability of rides for our guests.
  • You approach technical problems in a solutionoriented and efficient manner, ensuring they are resolved quickly and, above all, safely.
  • You lead a motivated team of 16 employees in the areas of electrical, mechanical, and decoration.
  • You report directly to the Technical Director at our Head Office in Belgium and manage budgets for all technical and safety areas of the Holiday Park.
  • In addition, your tasks include obtaining quotes, purchasing services and materials, monitoring delivery dates, and quality control.

Your profile:


  • You have a degree as a technician or an engineering degree in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Ideally, you have experience in leading and developing a team
