Your Responsibilities:

Processing our incoming and outgoing shipments
Monitoring our deliveries and pickups
Ensuring clean processes for our shipments
Order acceptance, general administrative and commercial tasks
Communication with our customers and partner stations
Personal customer service and coordination of pickup times

Your Profile:

Commercial experience or a job in logistics can be an advantage, but are not a musthave

Your work style is both organized and professional, and you can keep track even in difficult situations
Fluent German skills are a basic requirement
A friendly and dynamic appearance is just as important to us as a customeroriented way of thinking and working
You are proficient in common MS Office applications
