- This position will report to the Sales Manager
- Travel Requirement: 80%
- FLSA Status: Exempt
- Maximizing revenue and profitability by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts
- Creating sales plans to drive growth within accounts
- Generating leads through various channels and understanding customer requirements for tailored quoting
- Negotiating pricing and services independently based on quoting configurations
- Overseeing order management to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Providing reports on sales activities, trends, and market insights
- And other responsibilities as assigned
- Associates degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales/customer service
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and customer presentations
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes
- Analytical mindset for economic decision-making
- Team player with basic understanding of packaging design and manufacturing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and key business competencies
