    iCallidus is looking for an experienced Content Strategist/Writer to join our team supporting a significant health communications initiative. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in crafting informative and engaging content tailored to diverse audiences. This role includes planning content delivery strategically and creating digital and print materials that align with public health goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Content Development: Research, write, and edit quality content in various formats such as web content, press releases, newsletters, and educational materials.
    • Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute content strategies that effectively communicate health messages and engage audiences.
    • Audience Analysis: Identify and comprehend diverse audience segments to customize content addressing their specific needs and maximizing impact.
    • Editorial Planning: Manage content calendars, ensuring timely production of quality content.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with health communication specialists, graphic designers, and digital teams to create impactful content.
    • SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and audience reach.
    • Performance Evaluation: Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing reports and insights for continual improvement.
    • Compliance and Accessibility: Ensure all content meets legal and regulatory requirements and accessibility standards.
    • Crisis Communication: Assist in developing rapid response content during public health emergencies for accurate and timely dissemination of critical information.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Health, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional writing experience, preferably in health communications, journalism, or related fields.
    • Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio of published work.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop content strategies aligning with organizational goals and audience needs.
    • Research Skills: Proficient in conducting thorough research for content accuracy and reliability.
    • Digital Savvy: Experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO, social media, and analytics tools.
    • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Team Collaboration: Effective teamwork with various stakeholders.
    • Public Health Knowledge: Familiarity with public health principles and practices is desirable.

    Employment Type:

    Full Time, working on-site within a 10-15 mile radius of Atlanta, GA and travel to client's other locations as needed.

    Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Short Term Disability, Basic Standard Life Insurance, 401(K). Paid Time Off after the 90-Day Probationary Period.
