    EverSpark Interactive is an Atlanta-based legal marketing agency specializing in SEO and paid advertising for law firms nationwide.

    We aim to help law firms gain more cases by developing a content strategy that brings them more traffic. The legal industry is very competitive. Law firms compete with one another to create fresh content that can rank in Google. We build our campaigns based on client needs, establishing a well-rounded online presence through industry research, technical audits, on- and off-page SEO, content creation, effective link building, and industry-leading reporting.

    Position Summary

    As an SEO Content Strategist at EverSpark, you will spearhead our efforts to enhance our clients' digital footprint and drive more value through online content. This role requires a strategic thinker who combines expertise in SEO with innovative content creation to boost visibility and engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that align with client goals, emphasizing the importance of E-E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness, and Experience) to improve search rankings and build a trustworthy digital presence.

    A key part of your role will be to stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and techniques, continuously learning and applying cutting-edge strategies to keep us ahead of the curve. You will analyze clients' competitors and the broader industry landscape to ensure our approach matches and exceeds industry standards. By fostering an environment of continual learning and adaptation, you will lead our content team to achieve SEO excellence, driving measurable results in our organic search performance.

    Team Structure

    You will join a dynamic content team dedicated to excellence in digital marketing and SEO. Your immediate team includes:

    • Copywriters & Editors: Our team of talented copywriters and editors craft compelling copy for our clients, ensuring that all content is polished and adheres to the highest standards of quality and relevance.
    • On-Page Optimization Specialist: This specialized team member works tirelessly to keep our content fresh and fully optimized according to the latest SEO practices. Their consistent updates help maintain and improve our search engine rankings.
    • Director of SEO: Our Director of SEO leads the team by setting the strategic direction and ensuring that all content strategies align perfectly with our overall objectives.

    In this role, you will collaborate closely with these team members to create synergistic strategies that enhance our content's reach and effectiveness. You'll also have the opportunity to lead initiatives and coordinate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to our online presence.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with our team to develop comprehensive content strategies tailored to our client's unique needs and goals.
    • Utilize your expertise in SEO to identify relevant topics, keywords, and content formats that will resonate with target audiences and improve organic search rankings.
    • Generate creative and data-driven ideas for content pieces, including blog posts, articles, landing pages, and more.
    • Conduct thorough research to stay informed about Google Core updates, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics that present opportunities for our clients.
    • Ensure that all content produced aligns with SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and readability.
    • Collaborate with our team of writers to provide guidance on content structure, formatting, and optimization techniques to maximize search visibility and user engagement.
    • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to measure content performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze key metrics such as keyword rankings, traffic, and engagement to assess content strategies' effectiveness and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
    • Work alongside our Content Editor to ensure the creation of high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with our clients' target audiences and drives organic website traffic.
    • Report on content strategy performance and discuss opportunities for improvement with our Director of SEO.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in content strategy development and implementation, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
    • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to drive content strategy decisions.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate complex concepts to clients.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and others.
    • Experience working with law firms or in a related industry is a plus.
