    JOB DETAILS


    Embark on a culinary journey with us at the newly opened Lebanese restaurant as our Floor Manager, where your leadership and hospitality expertise will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Join our team and help us create an exciting experience for our patrons. We pride ourselves in having a supportive, respectful yet engaging and fast-paced work environment with opportunity for professional growth.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    This position will be responsible for tasks including scheduling, beverage purchasing & inventory, daily financial reporting & management, hiring and training of all floor level positions, managing and driving service standards at high volume, and developing guest relations.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Skills)

    Hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred.

    Minimum 3 years hospitality management experience required.

    Previous management experience required.

    Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

    Excellent guest service.

    Strong communication skills to train and motivate employees.

    Strong time management skills and accuracy to deal with a variety of duties and prepare reports according to schedule.
