If you feel comfortable working on your own projects, especially in phases 1-4 according to HOAI, but still want to keep an eye on the entire construction project, then this opportunity is for you. You can creatively and innovatively shape the retail properties of the future for our renowned tenants. Start your career now in our planning department.

  • Design planning of commercial properties such as shopping centers and retail parks
  • Ideas provider for the shopping experience of the future
  • Creation of customer-oriented leasing concepts, visualization, and 3D representation
  • Responsibility for approval planning and contact with authorities/specialist planners
  • Collaboration with colleagues from various departments (e.g. construction department, leasing)
  • Typically working on phases 1-4 according to HOAI, but if you have knowledge, also phases 5-7

Your Passion for Real Estate

  • Studies in the field of architecture, or comparable education (e.g. as a construction draftsman, civil engineering studies)
  • Professional experience in
