    gi-Jin located in Bakery Square, Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced full-time Sushi Chef.

    Part of the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group ), giJin (gi-) is a gin and raw bar that re-imagines the sushi experience where global ingredients are married with traditional Japanese flavors to create inspired combinations of color, technique, and style.

    The ideal candidate loves food, is creative, and has a passion for hospitality. You are skilled at maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure and value teamwork. Your growth potential is strong.

  • 3+ years of Sushi experience (knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques)
  • BOH management experience
