Set to open soon, Golden Gai located in Bakery Square, Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced full-time Sushi Chef.
Part of the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group, Golden Gai is the sister restaurant of gi-jin, and marries traditional Japanese flavors with global ingredients to create inspired combinations of color, technique, and style. The restaurant will be sushi-focused with an omakase option for diners.
