- Be the gatekeeper for code quality by ensuring scalability, readability, and performance
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by sharing knowledge and ideas
- BS, MS, or PhD in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development and 1.5+ years of experience in people management (preferred)
- Hold an exceptionally high bar for code efficiency and quality
- Have a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability

We have aggressive goals to scale our business and grow from 5M to 50M users by 2030, and we need an Technical Lead/Manager to lead our small and mighty organic user growth team You will be the main creator for a powerful backend system and site architecture that will support our ability to dominate search engines, publish mass amounts of articles, and drive our organic traffic. With your guidance, we can reach customers all over the United States and make Jerry a household name. Optimization and speed are your domains, and you will stop at nothing to ensure that code quality across our product is exemplary.
