    Description
    Fair Trade Real Estate is a brokerage that specializes in the acquisition of distressed properties. Our properties are off market and we sell them exclusively to our network of investors. Our buyers purchase with cash or hard money which allows our transactions to close within 10 days or less.

    Fair Trade Real Estate is for a dynamic Jr Marketing Assistant to help facilitate the company's marketing process. In this role, you'll support the Marketing Team with various duties and assist in all marketing procedures.

    $16 - $25 an hour

    Here's what you'll be Doing - Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).Email marketing to 3 different audiencesMonitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner.
    Analyze email and social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
    Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and graphics.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content strategies that resonate with our target audience.

    Here's what you'll bring to the role - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on email marketing, social media management (business accounts), and data analysis.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions & formulas such as pivot tables, vlookup, data visualization etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for social media and marketing materials.
    Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

    Here's what you'll love about the role -Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze marketing data, including campaign performance, website traffic, and customer demographics.
    Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
    Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and coordinating marketing events or promotions.
    Assist in maintaining marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
