The Customer Service Representative answers questions and resolves problems initiated by insureds and carriers via telephone mail and e-mail Most questions concern coverage claims cost or billing may require research or referral to resolve Significantly contributes to business retention efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone to clients
  • Maintain accurate customer service history notes regarding clients calls changes to benefits policies etc
  • Assist with processing client requests received via mail fax and email
