The
Behavioral Health Services Manager of Admissions and the Crisis Continuum of Care reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.


This position is responsible for behavioral health service delivery over assigned area(s) including staff selection and development, operating procedures and standards, and budgeting.

The BHS Manager provides leadership and assists with development of the behavioral health service line for the health system.

The BHS Manager of Admissions/Crisis Continuum of Care will oversee the multidisciplinary teams based on SAMHSA's six core principles:


  • Addressing recovery needs
  • A significant role for persons with lived experience
  • Trauma Informed care
  • Utilization of zero suicide/suicide safer care
  • Safety and security protocols for staff and clients who are in crisis
  • A crisis response partnership with local law enforcement, dispatch, And emergency medical services.

On-Call Shift Coverage:
This role may require on-call shifts


Shifts are as follows:
Monday-Friday: 5:00pm-8:00am (15-hour shifts)

Weekends/Holidays: 8:00am-8:00pm/8:00pm-8:00am (12-hour shifts)


Qualifications Required**:


  • Current license in behavioral healthcare field; Licensed to practice independently.
  • Master's degree.
  • Five years of behavioral health experience.

Preferred:


  • One year of leadership experience strongly preferred.
