- Develop and implement warehouse strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate logistics activities, ensuring a seamless flow of goods.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, fostering a culture of excellence through hiring, training, and team building.
- Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring compliance with Illinois Gaming Board regulations for a safe working environment.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for enhanced warehouse performance.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to measure and track warehouse efficiency.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Optimize warehouse layout, equipment, and technology for efficiency and scalability.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other logistics software.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler's License from the Illinois Gaming Board
