    EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER

    About Us:
    We are a leading company in the digital marketing industry with a focus on email marketing strategies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Management of the email marketing system across various business units.
    - Development and maintenance of a comprehensive email calendar, ensuring optimal engagement strategies.
    - Building and testing emails for compatibility across different devices and email platforms, following responsive HTML design principles.
    - Staying updated on the latest email tools, techniques, and strategies to enhance performance and effectiveness.
    - Ensuring CAN-SPAM compliance for high deliverability and channel health.
    - Serving as a subject matter expert in email marketing, content management, and automation tools.
    - Configuring and deploying different types of emails, newsletters, campaigns, and journeys.
    - Monitoring and reporting on email engagement metrics.
    - Collaborating with stakeholders and data team for effective email audience segmentation.
    - Developing lead generation forms in coordination with the IT team when linked to email marketing efforts.
    - Providing consultations and training for internal stakeholders on utilizing the email marketing system.
    - Managing relationships with external vendors.

    RELATIONSHIPS:
    - Reports to Digital Marketing Director.
    - Supervises Email Production Specialist.
    - Collaborates closely with the IT department.
    - Interacts with association staff, departmental stakeholders, and external vendors.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    - Bachelor's Degree required.
    - 3-5 years of relevant work experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms and 3rd party software services.
    - Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and email marketing best practices.
    - Ability to work independently with attention to detail and task prioritization.
    - Strong communication and advocacy skills for email marketing strategies.
    - Analytical mindset and experience with tools like Google Analytics.
    - Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
    - Organizational, strategic, and creative thinking abilities.
    - Willingness to occasionally travel for business needs.
