We are hiring a Transportation Manager to oversee the operations of Transportation within our facility. This position will being in **APRIL OF 2022.**
**DUTIES:**
Responsible for the hiring, termination, coaching, and evaluation of the Transportation Department staff.
Ensure all new drivers are trained in operational and safe driving procedures.
Develop and maintain current pricing policies for routine and customized trips.
Establish driver schedules for Off Hours operation and schedule customized trips upon request
Arrange for vehicle rotation to allow for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Oversee dispatching operation
Evaluate road conditions during inclement weather and decide when to modify/cancel operations or routes.
Develop and maintain the operational budget for the department

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Experience in transportation services.
Office experience is preferred
