Automotive Salesperson for a Sports Car Brand (m/f/d)
YOUR responsibilities:
- Sales of new cars to private and business customers
- Maintenance of assigned customer base and acquisition of new customers
- Responsibility for the entire sales process from consultation to individual offer creation to vehicle delivery
- Continuous customer care and implementation of customer loyalty measures
- Ensuring profitability of each sale
- Implementation of marketing measures and event planning
- Reporting to the brand manager on the situation and results in the new car sector compared to target agreements
- Tracking of realized volume and implementation of necessary optimization measures in consultation with the brand manager Alpine
- Ensuring followup of customer complaints and customer satisfaction
- Handling of lease returns
YOUR qualifications:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an automotive salesperson
- Solid professional experience in vehicle sales, ideally in the sales of sports cars
- Good knowledge of the local and European new car market desirable
- Confident and binding appearance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of selfmotivation and independence
- Ability to work with datadriven systems
- Resultsoriented work style
- Proficient in working with computer and dealer management systems
- Willingness to work in field sales
