Together with your team, you will be responsible for the successful commissioning of our unique pharmaceutical liquid filling systems in Carlisle, AR.


  • Together with production management and project management, you will take on strategic personnel planning to ensure that our projects are processed with the best possible efficiency.
  • Ensuring project goals and quality standards is your top priority. In case of unplanned deviations, you will find solutions to ensure that our projects can be brought into the production phase as quickly as possible in the interest of OPTIMA pharma.
  • With enthusiasm, you will develop your technicians and installers in commissioning into experts in the areas of coordination and project management.
  • You set standards for processes, identify potential for improvement in the commissioning area, and implement them with the respective interfaces.
Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in engineering in the fields of mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical technology, or mechatronics.
  • Ideally, you have already worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 5 years in a similar position in special machine construction.
  • As a positive role model, you lead with respect, initiative, and vision.
  • You maintain your authentic and confident demeanor even in stressful situations.
  • You enjoy international travel to our customers. You will use your excellent English skills in spoken and written form. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
