JASON NEAL
is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team with a strong sense of purpose and enthusiasm. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

The role involves mastering our client servicing process for our 2,000 business partners, fostering new relationships to expand our client base through referrals and leads, and leading a dedicated team to achieve these objectives.

You will excel at training and mentoring your team members, paving the way towards the prestigious position of Agency Director by honing your skills within our established systems and procedures.

This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage existing client portfolio.
Identify and capitalize on new business prospects (B2B).
Oversee team operations and performance.
Provide guidance and instruction to new team members on current processes.
Regularly update field activities using Salesforce CRM.
Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.
Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Effective time management abilities and a track record of meeting deadlines.

Excellent leadership and supervisory aptitude.·Proven capability to prioritize tasks and delegate as necessary.·Adept at functioning in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment.·Dedication to aiding others and fostering connections.·Outstanding time management and organizational proficiencies.·Prior experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.·Active community engagement inclination.·Familiarity with CRMs, particularly Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
A clean background check and personal transportation are essential.
Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before progression.
