Description

Clint McLain is searching for a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with drive and determination. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation. In this role, you will learn our proven processes to serve our existing 2,000 business clients and cultivate new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be leading a small team, guiding them through the same tasks. As you become proficient in our systems and procedures, you will transition into the role of Agency Director.

This position offers a competitive weekly salary ($70,000-$85,000 1st year average) with the opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Service an existing client base.
Research new business opportunities in a B2B setting.
Supervise team activities and monitor results.
Train and mentor new team members on established systems.
Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM.
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
Excellent time management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
Effective supervisory and leadership abilities.
Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate as needed.
Perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
Passionate about assisting others and building relationships.
Experience in sales or customer service.
Self-motivated and driven by goals.
Community-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
Must have a clear background and possess personal transportation.
Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before progression.
