Responsibilities:


  • Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities by promoting the Wholesale Payments value proposition and product suite in Ingram, PA.
  • Collaborate with the Global Corporate Bank and other departments to oversee bankwide client relationships.
  • Assist Sales teams with project work and analysis, ensuring clients receive agreed services.
  • Support the team in onboarding and KYC processes, as well as endtoend deal execution and product and billing setup.
  • Prepare client account plans, briefing memos, portfolio management reports, and marketing materials for Sales.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to gather relevant information and create proposals and materials for internal approvals.
  • Maintain and analyze client data, including key revenue and pipeline information for senior management reports.
  • Lead internal projects focused on client needs.
  • Conduct research on current and potential client portfolios.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


  • Fluency in German.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills with a proven track record of accurate execution and ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to various audiences.
  • Demonstrated career progression and a desire to develop both client and technical skills for future Sales/Relationship Management roles.
  • Experience in a front office environment with regular client interaction and a strong client focus.
  • Strong analytical, technical, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment with global time zones and varying working hours.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment
