What to expect

As an electrician / power plant operator for the power plant department of K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH at the Zielitz location, you will be responsible for the following tasks starting from:

Further training as a responsible switch operator in the 6-/20- and 110 kV MS network
Operation and control/monitoring of the existing network control system
Execution of switching operations and creation of switching programs
Handling and evaluation of protective devices
Operation of equipment in the power plant area (e.g. steam turbine)

What you bring

Successfully completed vocational training as a power plant operator, electrician, mechatronics technician or a similar field
Experience in handling medium voltage systems desirable
Possession of at least one switching authorization in the range of 6 kV to 110 kV desirable
Good computer skills
Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system above ground
