Opportunity for In-House Legal Counsel with 5-10 years of experience in Construction Law – London/Germany

Our client is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions in Europe. As their network continues to expand, they are seeking a full-time German-speaking Legal Counsel to support their German business in the development and construction of large-scale ground-mounted solar PV projects.

This role can be based in either the UK or Germany and requires a strong background in construction law, preferably with experience in renewable energy matters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, influencing, and commercial skills, as well as a deep understanding of development, technical, offtake, O&M, and project finance.

In this role, you will provide legal support for solar project development and also offer general legal support to the corporate business. You will report to the C-suite and stakeholders, serving as the go-to lawyer for all legal matters related to solar PV projects in Germany.
