    We're Changing the Rentals Industry

    We're a profitable, growth-stage company building industry-leading martech and data SaaS products for the rentals industry. While originally known for building and operating one of the U.S.'s largest rental marketplaces - Rentable, we recently launched a martech product and a competitive intelligence software - ApartmentIQ, both with high growth rates.

    The Role

    You'll be targeting revenue managers, asset managers and operations leaders and selling them a data product that doesn't exist in the market today. Your target prospects will be the industry's largest property management companies and you'll be introducing them to Rentable's competitive intelligence platform: ApartmentIQ. This requires resourcefulness, persuasion, determination, a competitive spirit, and the ability to easily connect with people from all walks of life.

    You'll have a direct impact on the expansion of our business and be recognized & rewarded for your success. We only hire the best, and you'll need to convince us that you're a top level performer. To succeed, you'll need to be comfortable in a hunting role, building your pipeline from the ground up.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own the entire sales cycle: from account level strategy development to prospecting to close
    • Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom and limited in-person presentations to secure new business
    • Communicate all proposals, pricing and contract negotiations
    • Establish meaningful relationships with customers, serving as their original point of contact and multifamily market expert
    • Collaborate with Rentable sales development and customer success teams
    • Nurture customer accounts through an on-boarding and sales conversion process
    • Represent the Rentable and ApartmentIQ brand in your active markets and at industry events
    • Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast as well as activity tracking within Salesforce CRM
    • Meet and exceed performance metrics

    Qualifications:

    • 5-10 years in an enterprise level SaaS sales executive role
    • Multifamily sales experience required
    • Proven track record of success closing enterprise level ($1M+ ARR) deals
    • Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience a plus
    • Tech savvy (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Disciplined, adaptable self-starter
    • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
