- Perform inpatient pharmacist duties with a focus on patient safety and care.
- Prepare and manage IV medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system to maintain precise patient records and medication orders.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including weekends on a rotating basis.
- At least 2 years of hospital/inpatient experience, including hands-on IV making.
- Prior experience in pediatrics is a plus.
- Valid Texas Pharmacist license and ACPT IV certification are required.
- 10-12 hour shifts between 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- Rotating weekends
