Duties & Responsibilities include:

Assist new and current team members with developing skills needed to perform job duties within the regional clinical areas assigned.
Assist new and current team members with developing process improvement within the clinical areas and ensuring adherence to Regulatory requirements.
Ensure 120 days competency and skills are reviewed and met. Oversee the annual competencies with the account leaders.
Ensure team members at each hospital achieve and maintain 100% CRCST certification.
Assist with the oversight and training process of CRCST for both new hires and current team members.
Oversee the onsite orientation of new hires within the region assigned.
Plan and implement curricula including practice requirements that meets the standards of practice for the profession, certifying bodies and regulatory agencies. Participate in a plan and ensure a regular, systematic review of all programs, including course objectives, teaching methods/materials and evaluation tools.
Responsible for hospital QA/PI activities as outlined in KPI's for each hospital/account.
Maintain close contact with each hospital's clinical education team.
Coordinate regular inservices for local team with the vendors of the hospitals.

Qualifications:

Education: high school diploma or GED; some college preferred
Certifications: Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) and Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) certification required.
Previous Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in sterile processing and/or the operating room
Outstanding customer service skills: ability to build strong rapport with the hospital teams and fellow Surgical Solutions team members
Demonstrated leadership skills
Experience with Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to travel 75% of the time to multiple site locations as needed
