- Assist new and current team members with developing skills needed to perform job duties within the regional clinical areas assigned.
- Assist new and current team members with developing process improvement within the clinical areas and ensuring adherence to Regulatory requirements.
- Ensure 120 days competency and skills are reviewed and met. Oversee the annual competencies with the account leaders.
- Ensure team members at each hospital achieve and maintain 100% CRCST certification.
- Assist with the oversight and training process of CRCST for both new hires and current team members.
- Oversee the onsite orientation of new hires within the region assigned.
- Plan and implement curricula including practice requirements that meets the standards of practice for the profession, certifying bodies and regulatory agencies. Participate in a plan and ensure a regular, systematic review of all programs, including course objectives, teaching methods/materials and evaluation tools.
- Responsible for hospital QA/PI activities as outlined in KPI's for each hospital/account.
- Maintain close contact with each hospital's clinical education team.
- Coordinate regular in-services for local team with the vendors of the hospitals.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience with Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to travel 75% of the time to multiple site locations as needed

Duties & Responsibilities include:
Qualifications:
Education:
high school diploma or GED; some college preferred
Certifications:
Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) and Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) certification required.
Previous Experience:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in sterile processing and/or the operating room
Outstanding customer service skills:
ability to build strong rapport with the hospital teams and fellow Surgical Solutions team members
