- 5 years' experience in Residential Property Management and in a leadership role

Grow with TLC We are looking for a Regional Trainer to join the Training Department and train our Suburban office team members. This person reports to the Vice President of Operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional presentation skills and training and employee development experience within the residential property management industry. The position requires a detail-oriented self-starter who will plan, schedule, prepare and present training classes for our onsite team members. Travel across Chicagoland is required, but the Regional Trainer will focus primarily on the Suburban locations. The corporate office and one training center is located in Chicago, and the suburban training center is located in Glen Ellyn, IL.

The Suburban Regional Trainer will primarily focus on TLC's Chicago Suburban Team Members' education and development. The following is a snapshot of the position responsibilities. The Suburban Regional Trainer will assist with additional company-wide projects and training as necessary.
