Job Purpose/Role:

  • Customer service
  • Accounting and booking of cash receipts and vendor invoices
  • Invoicing, credit note creation, and credit checks
  • Travel and entertainment expense reports
  • Conducting time evaluations in SAP R/3 for payroll processing
  • Support in debt collection and accounts receivable management
  • Cash management
  • General administrative tasks

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial education
  • Several years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of common IT systems (SAP, MS Office)
  • Independent and customeroriented work style, quick comprehension
  • Teamwork, high resilience, flexibility, and commitment
  • Open and friendly demeanor, strong communication skills
